Darwin: Data
Analysis and Retrieval With Indexed
Nucleotide/peptide sequences. DARWIN is our
main tool for analysis. It is an interpreted programming
language for computational biochemistry and is offered
free.

BioOpera
is a joint project between the
Information and Communication Systems and the
