News:  Swiss-Prot version 38 has been completed and will be made available shortly.

The databases here are in SGML format using the following conventions. The first number in each list of the cross comparison is an Entry number in the corresponding database. The subsequent numbers are the Entry numbers for the sequences with which the first Entry in the list matches.
