PhylogeneticTree

Filling an submitting the following form (see also the example ) will start a Phylogenetic Tree construction and produce postscript files containing the drawn trees .

The result should be mailed to:

Parameters for the tree construction

Sequences:

List of id tags:

Mode:Distance Parsimony

Multiple sequence alignment (optional to parsimony mode):  [Note: This is not implemented yet.]

All vs all matrix of alignment (optional to distance mode):  [Note: This is not implemented yet.]

Parameters for the tree drawing

Cluster list (optional).
The positions of the ids in the list of id tags are used as indexes in this list and the values are the cluster names:

Mode of tree display:
Vertical      Unrooted      Radial      RadialLines      Phylogram      Cladogram      Bisect      BisectLines

Reordering of leaves:
Use the ordering in the tree.
Permute the left-right subtree to make the clusters as contiguous as possible. (Clustering has to be defined above)
Permute the left-right subtree to make the left subtrees the largest.

Branch labelling:
  Adaptive, 2-digit precision.
  No branch labelling.

Leaf display information:
  Circle with id written.
  Id written, no circle.
Color and shape according to clusters. (Clustering has to be defined above)

Cross referencing:
No cross referencing. All labelling is done whit the ids.
All labelling is done with an alphanumeric character. Ids are crossreferenced on the right.
